I read it this morning, great post!
Nice post, I agree on some things. For me it isn't always possible to post real work. Many times it's "fake" work or something from my hand, just to share what my capabilities are. And it is very fun!
Many real projects keep you restricted with what you are able to design or do. I see dribbble more like a source of inspiration for projects, that offer creative freedom. Though I agree this isn't the best place to show UX work, but there are others ways, right?
You also did notice that everybody likes a design when it's goodlooking without seeing the interaction flaws. I encounter this problem with clients today. They really like it, but a image can't display interaction.
