Just Fast Company's lock-up of the C and O, but not within the ampersand, no.

The 'Co.' monogram isn't a new idea necessarily (monograms including 'co' have been used for a long time and probably all ideas for combining letters into monograms have been discovered! haha), but that also means that nobody owns it, so it's fair game!

Nice mark. I know Louise Fili did an ampersand mark for Crane & Co. seen here similar feel but definitely different.

    First off great logo,

Mother and daughter by Herb Lubalin was probably the first tiem someone placed type inside of ampersand, so not to take away from your design. It's still fresh and smart. http://charlesdaoud.com/blog/?tag=mother-child

It's not too similar but something to be on your radar: http://www.logodesignlove.com/images/contentious/goodby-silverstein-logo.jpg

Love it. I'd be tempted to rotate the ampersand a fraction anti-clockwise, as it's leaning forward a touch.
