Indonesian eHAC UI Re-design

As COVID-19 cases rise in Indonesia, the government has applied PSBB (restrictions on going outside). They also require the citizens who want to travel to another cities to provide a rapid/swab test result and an electronic health card. There's an official app to get the health card, but the design is not generated optimally. Here I make a redesign for the app, so that it looks good and simple.
