First play with my new Wacom Intuos 4 tablet. Couple of hours drawing from a poorly lit photo. More practice needed methinks.

Oh man, awesome. I just got me a tablet myself. You've inspired me to try and draw photographs.
"More practice needed"? Are you kidding? By all means, keep at it, but this is very good indeed. No false modesty, please. Now have a cup of tea.
This. Is. Amazing. More of this please!
Fantastic! Looks great Simon.
Wow... What Tim said.
"First play"?! Impressive sir!
Are you feeling the love?
That is fantastic, Simon! I cant even begin to think how you went about doing such a thing. You gotta tout your sketching skills!
@Owen: Yeah. I say I need more practice as I know I can produce better drawings, but I got a bit OTT with the tablet today and couldn't interpret the light on the face that was missing from the photo, so it looks a bit flat to me. I'm just a perfectionist.
i love the effect drawing over a photo gives, i can't really describe it but i love this effect. Lovely done!
That is fantastic, especially for a first attempt with the tablet.
so great! This is a great illo
It's an amazing drawing, don't be so hard on yourself man ;-)
"More practice needed" is just Simon's way of telling us all how insignificant our skills are in comparison to his. And he's right.
@Dan: As if I'd be that arrogant ;)
Now we know why you left.
Wow, first time? I can't wait to see some of the stuff that you approve of.
Wow cubed. I wish I could draw something besides letters and words. Like your face.
I give up. I'm off to work in a petrol station or whatever.
Nothing wrong with being a perfectionist, but this is very good.
