VLC Half and Half

VLC has a light interface option and a dark interface option.

What if it had a light/dark interface option?

In all seriousness, was just messing around one weekend, fooling around with the UI alignment, glyphs and details and ended up with this, drawing every element from scratch.

In implementation, the control HUD would only appear in fullscreen mode, I've just included it here for mockups sake. During normal playback the HUD style titlebar would fade away - just leaving the bottom toolbar during playback - and reappear on window hover.
