Looks good! Unfortunately it does'nt seem to work that well in firefox. Is that intended?
Nice & Smooth Dash ! It works on Chrome, but got the same problem as @Florian Verrijk on Firefox :/
So smooth. I wonder how it works/feels on the iPhone.
Really nice! Great transitions.
One thing I found with Safari on iOS7 is that you can't put stuff on the bottom of the screen, because taps in that area are hijacked by the browser if the controls are hidden. A bummer really. (ping @Joe Turner )
Good work! Does the content area shift, shrink or remain behind the flyout?
@Creativedash Very clean code. Thanks for posting and sharing!
Rock on! Thank you. <3 you guys! Seriously!
@Rob Marshall The content simply shifts - no shrinking.
Nice work. Out of curiosity, how much time did it take to make that CSS based demo?
Very good, now do it with RAF. Plus for the bounciness! )
@Alex Paxton Took about 45 minutes.
@Andreas Kalpakides raf?
@Chris Slowik The smoothness of doing it RAF is amazing! http://css-tricks.com/using-requestanimationframe/
You should see it on mobile... the performance is a lot smoother than CSS
@Andreas Kalpakides ah gotcha. wasn't familiar with that acronym =]
Thanks! Cool work!
very very nice
Hah, check this out. Seems like CodeDrops liked your idea. They were nice enough to reference your work. http://tympanus.net/codrops/2013/09/30/animated-border-menus/
