One of the key changes we’ve introduced in our illustration style is the inclusion of facial features, and a renewed focus on human characters as the main subject of our narratives. This allows us to add an emotional component to our communication strategy.

In this example, the facial expression and body language tells the user that they can simply sit back and relax, without worrying about the automated call.
