The Midnight Moon Bat design was translated from my original handmade doll template to a year long project of my first-ever art vinyl figures with Martian Toys. The first steps included reimagining my character design then translating it as a diagram in Adobe Illustrator. From there I worked on 4 different color variants. The first release consisted of two color ways, Aurora and Sweet Fang, in which Sweet Fang sold out on Kidrobot the first day, which is highly rare for an artist’s first-ever vinyl release.
