Would Steve allowed such imperfection? Couldn't you have done this?
@Michael Topschij I was thinking the exact same thing!
haha that's brilliant!
Ha! I didn't even see this posted before I posted mine. You get a like for being first!
Or how about moving the iPhone text right under the apple logo so it is behind the solid section? Better yet, how about not even releasing such overpriced kiddie-toy looking phones?
Why is that such an imperfection or something missed ? Base on your thinking then a big circle should be cropped for the apple symbol - am I right ?
I'm pretty sure everyone will know it's an iPhone even it will full covered.
It would look even better without those ugly holes, but this is a great improvement anyway.
@George Olaru Each to their own, but I can assure you the amount of people I've shared the non edited version with, think differently. My sister said "non" is a french word even!
@Tobias Reich I tried that too, but the holes are actually a cool idea, allowing a fresh mix of color.
@Claudio Fofiu That could work, but its kind of 'signature' to have the iPhone text where it is.
@Steffen Nørgaard Andersen @gokcen keskin @Greg Dlubacz Thanks!
this is, I think, probably the ugliest thing ever to be designed by Apple. A childish flaw.
If you did that, could that allow for bending in that area when pulling the phone out? They've printed the apple logo on there already, get rid of those 3 holes; male it solid and print the text on there.
I imagine that Steve is up there "facepalming" like heaven…
@Marius Feraru @Greg Campbell @Caneco I agree steve wouldn't have allowed this exact case. But overall apple is still doing a great job, this phone will appeal to a wide range, and for $100 more you can have a super premium designed iPhone 5S. Apple has done well, but without Steve, little things like this, happen.
@Cory Hughes Im going to experiment with that, that might just be a good idea!
@Claudio Fofiu i think its more effective this late in time, to change the iphone case instead of redesigning the whole back plastic of the actual device.
Was thinking the same thing when I first saw those covers!
