Before starting a project I like drawing ideas from real models. That helps me to get used to the style.
In this case I started a new project based on radios from the 1950s. I had never done a project like this before, so this exercise helped me a lot to get into the style.
I'll post more of this project here. Meanwhile you can stay tuned on Twitter. Also you can check some of my radio collection on Pinterest.

Very nice. Like the draw style
nice work ;)
Thank you guys!
Love these sketches. Like the middle ones best, as the perspective of the other ones looks a bit like the radios are turned away from me as a viewer, which almost gives them a personality that's too tainted: shy (the yellow one), arrogant (bottom left), agressive/macho (top left). Btw, the bottom right one had me thinking it was a tape dispenser for a few seconds.
This is really amazing!
As said earlier, I like this a lot my friend. Very well done!!
Reminds me of a few industrial design classes I took back in the day. Awesome work!!!
These are so nice. Love the coloring.
Off to a great start. What type of markers are you using?
Impressive, both the sketches and your collection of Radios :)
Thank you all guys!
