MOMBcast 2013 Logos 2-up

Here’s two of the three finished logos. Why more than one? While the word mark, the backing circle and the monkey’s face will stay consistent across the variations, I like the idea that the monkey itself could be an active character. So here we have the original pose, and a version wearing headphones, but future versions could involve wearing superhero masks.

The word mark got a refresh too, with a way less heavy-handed application of the Warp tool. As the title is short-hand for “Monkey on My Back Podcast”, a subtle break between the MOMB and cast parts was made.
