    Only problem I see is legibility. I'm not sure there is enough contrast between the text and the input field background.

    Why use a lock for the submit button? I think that would be a bit strange for most users. Unless we are talking locking or unlocking something via this interface.

    Otherwise I like the colors and layout chosen.
