Obsidian Menu Bar for Mavericks

Updated Obsidian Menu Bar for OS X 10.9 Mavericks. Remade the Apple menu and menu bar items to be a plain gray (75%). Redrew the battery indicator to be in a straight on perspective. Also redrew the notification center icon, but it's hidden in Bartender in this screenshot. It looks more like a hamburger icon now, felt it was a cleaner look.
