Icons are a bit off. Your VM icon is what is typically used for a "network node", a better option might be to reference the VMWare logo. The briefcase is more of data portability rather than data protection. I'd also guess that this is for a hosting company or product, in which case the monitor would not be representative of the hardware used in circumstances. Apologies for nitpicking, I am from a technical background :)
I like what you're doing here, Amrinder. Details (Alex's suggestions) aside, this looks clear and professional. The color is used so selectively, it really draws my eye.

Agree with you, Alex. I asked them to hire a pro icon designer to get best results. And this is a server management application dashboard.
