This week at Project NYC, Word Notebooks and I are announcing an awesome new collaboration. I designed and developed a notebook that resurrects a style of note-taking that people seem to have abandoned long ago in one way or another. Based on notebooks kept by my wife's great-grandfather during World War I and World War II, these are a slightly updated to reflect the times we live in today.
The concept combines the nostalgia of yesterday with the right-away pace of today in a much more organized manner than the current crop of notebooks out there today.
More to come about this project in the coming weeks, but I wanted to share with you first!

Looks great, looking forward to seeing more!
Excellent work and can't wait to hear more about this!
The notebook is awesome but the history behind its is super! congrats! your works have always a little nostalgic feel...I love this!
I just got some Word notebooks! These look great and I'm looking forward to getting my hands on them.
Good job here John, and nice story...Doesn't look a bit misplaced (vertically) the front cover design?
@Raul There's a slight alignment issue, but that's only because these are printer's samples. The adjustment has already been made and is in production as we speak!
These are beautiful Jon. Knowing the back story is really great.
Can we see some inside shots??
@Hannah O'Neal Yep, will be posting more soon!
