Leadership Coaching Icons

When redesigning this client's website, they came into the project with a mascot - a little cartoon gear head representing a transference of knowledge.

When it came time to define a style for the handful of icons used throughout the site, I cleaned up and simplified the head, and expanded upon its main theme to represent how the lessons learned through the client's leadership coaching program fit together like pieces of a puzzle, ultimately achieving the goal of creating a cohesive and functional team atmosphere.
