We're working hard on some of our first iOS 7 stuff. Excited to see where designers and developers take this.
I really hope that everyone doesn't try to match iOS7's aesthetic to the T—I think Apple is trying to push a stripped-bare interface (at the OS level) to allow developers to provide robust and unique experiences in iOS, while staying within the paradigms of the OS.
Check out the attached fullsize screen.

Looks great! What font are you using?
Nice work @Brian! The only suggestion I have is to allow more space around the text and image. Seems a bit cluttered right now.
Really cool icons for the menu. Keep it up!
I think the statusbar is unlikely going to move this way.
Seems kinda cluttered to me.
@Ari @Julia Khusainova I think it seems cluttered in this shot since I'm trying to show the two views at once. Check out the fullsize one on your phones—I don't think it's feels cluttered. Perhaps that was the case?
Thanks for the kind words!
@Brian Benitez I think you've done a good job fitting into their paradigm.
"I think Apple is trying to push a stripped-bare interface (at the OS level) to allow developers to provide robust and unique experiences in iOS, while staying within the paradigms of the OS."
I think that's the crux of it though. The focus is on minimizing the design role and instead focusing on making it a developer-centered platform. It's a mistake though. Well designed software is much more engaging than features alone.
@Eli SchiffI Good point. I guess this will leave us all to see which apps sink and which ones swim :)
@Brian Yep, looks way better on my phone. Great job!
You're not going to be able to move that status bar.
@Andree Blixt It looks like Titillium :)
I've noted status bars sticking to views alot more in ios7 (ie app switcher), so I've designed it as an ideal case. Not a
Huge deal breaker if it can't, just thought it'd be nice if possible.

Awesome design but this bugs me. http://cl.ly/PzIJ
Y U NO MAKE FULL?
I'm going to ask the obvious question - what about this design is 'iOS7?' I realize that the point isn't to mimic it to a T, but this doesn't feel any different than current iOS 6 apps.
You continue to inspire me brother! Hope all is well!
Don't forget swiping from left to right in iOS 7 is "the new back"...
...so hiding menus under that gesture is going to mess with new conventions.

Good point, @Kidhack. The icon in the Navigation Bar is the way users will invoke the menu.
I think you'll see a shift of the menu moving to the right side of the nav, which will be nice since that area is usually only used for committing an action ("Done" / "Submit") which will keep users focused during flows, but then have menu access when they in more of a browse mode.
