Room Rent App Concept

Hello everyone.
It's my recent room rent app concept, It works just as Tinder, you swipe left or right to change the Your potential Roommate or the Room, and if you like them, you contact them. If the candidates or the rooms are repeating, you can press the eye so they won't appear anymore.
Along with this, we have a possibility to see if we have some mutual friends with your potential Roommate and you can see if the person is a smoker. I think it would be good to place also an icon about whether the person with a pet or not
