    I think it's a great concept and well executed. My only observation (not criticism!) is that it produces an optical illusion where the yellow section seems taller than the search box. That also happens on the rebound with the rss section.

    Thanks Andy, it is noted. There are a few more brand colours and variations to try out so will be sure to keep that in mind as it is just concept stage at the minute.

    Good spot Evan, have a 6 day design refinement booked in a week on Monday so these little touches will all go on the to-do list. Shame I can't share more (any ref of brand) loving the amount of feedback.
