Electrical Logo

This logo made by me when my Alumni group want to change our logo. We called ourself ikatan Alumni Elektro (Bond of Electrical Alumni).

Ikatan in Indonesia means tied. I thought the most suitable things that suit phrases tied for us, is chain. In Indonesia, our National Principle called "Pancasila" and the second precept of Pancasila symbolised by a Chain. Chain signifies human relations with each other that help each other. Like our will when we build iAE, we want to help each other (alumni and scholar).

Beside that, we want iAE to have continuity and everlasting. So I choose infinity symbols would be one thing that should included in the making of our new logo.

And the last, we're came for Electrical Engineering major. Which presented by lightning symbols.

So, this logo is made based on 3 things, chain, infinite symbols, and lightning symbols. That's why the lightning symbols made by 2 triangles and I combined that two triangle, but made a conjuction in the middle of that as a presentation of chain and infinite symbol.
