UC Stand for... Part 1

I am a recent graduate from the University of Cincinnati and there has always been this saying that UC stands for "Under Construction" due to it always having something unnecessarily changed or updated on its campus. There are always areas blocked off by orange fencing and yellow caution tape, and new buildings popping up or old ones disappearing. Hence getting the saying of UC standing for "Under Construction."
