Plantry Settings & Search Icons

We're currently working on adapting our app for the iPad! And as a part of that process, we're scrutinizing every corner of it.

Two areas that felt like they needed a little extra love were the Settings & Search screens. The outlined glyphs on that white background felt… stale. Especially for a cooking app with all the beautiful colors that go into a dish.

What we did was put the glyphs on roundrect and have the color there. This also allowed us to unify the glyphs with other icons that already had color, such as the icons for the selected Timer Theme. The result is a more vibrant and consistent looking app.
