Love the subtle textures and grunge. The ink stamp seems a little more prominent than it needs to be, maybe a lighter color / less opacity on that? Looking forward to the finished product. :)

The stamp is a major component to the initial brand launch. It will appear on all of their 6 packs along with a simple workmark as well. I wanted to make people see it in order to associate the primary marks.

Really liking the style of this, as well as the original take on the navigation. Nice work.

Perhaps there's a place you could add it on the homepage - in a tag line or splash image - that would display it more prominently, since it is an important part to the brand? Then you could leave the navigation one, in a lighter / more see-through state.
Or, random thought, you could make it lighter only on the navigation portion, so it doesn't block the number or any other content as much. Not sure how well that would flow without seeing more, but a thought.
