Working on a customizable subscriber count widget for the Bird Feeder Pepper. Personally, I could care less about these numbers but it gets requested frequently enough. (Which is not to say I'll eventually cave on all requests :P)
Relatedly, does anyone have the default Mac cursor images? OS X's built-in screenshots omit them (see above) and all the images I find with a quick Google are either wrong (not OS X) or feature lovely jpeg compression artifacts.
Shaun, for future reference, if you use Grab (not ⌘ + Shift + 3 or 4), the preferences allow you to choose what kind of cursor you want to include in your screenie.
I call for the creation of a Mint beanie that John can now wear with pride... well... enough pride that wearing a gigantic leaf on your head can garner. ;)
Took another look at Grab.app which prompted me to compare Safari's pointers with Firefox's. Looks like Safari uses a custom hand pointer for links which explains why all the images I was finding with my more general queries for "Mac OS X pointer hand" were so off.

Thanks guys but none of those links are correct.
@John, Layers does capture the cursor. Thanks. Oddly enough though, it inverts the yellow color but that's easily fixed.

@Shaun - Grab in OSX will capture the pointer (of your choice) if you turn it on in the prefs.
