    Agree with lower left. Have you tried making the D the same height as the A?

    I find the 'D' quite difficult in the top row, but I really like the bottom ones. I quite like lower right, although it's hard to pick! I agree with Rick's suggestion, especially if both letters need to be of equal importance.
