Taking time to work on some real life, physical 3D. Going to be painting/ glazing these little dudes this weekend. I've actually made 5 total, but one is in the kiln, and the other was dropped & burst into a million pieces (by someone who will remain nameless—not me)
Ceramic Dudes, Glazed and Kilned... Wish the colors would have came out a little more vibrant on some of them, going to have to ramp up the underglaze coating next time.
These were hand built from clay ( mud ) using some wooden tools, for an independent graduate class I was taking at the Rochester Institute of Technology. The designs are original and improvised as I worked with the medium.
