The client asked for something less focused on pie charts, and more focused on momentum and improvement with a dynamic quality.

This concept represents the motion of a lever (like a seesaw) as a series of snapshots. It also illustrates a trend line going from negative to positive.

This is a rejected concept. This was too abstract and not easy enough to interpret as something other than a decorative swoosh.
