Mobile Alarm in Bahasa

Background Story

After spending two weeks, trying to create a new design showcase to fill the emptiness in my dribbble account, finally I did it.

Since the bootcamp program from @quixds that I joined from February, being postpone due to Coronavirus outbreak. They made a great move by hold an online meeting (almost) every week.

And last Saturday, they gave us a task to create an UI innovation for mobile platform. We have to create some UI for mobile alarm that unique and sophisticated. After that, we have to criticize and gave some insight to other's design.

About The Design

I started the design by created a pencil sketch. I wondered what is the most important information that I need to know, when it talked about an alarm.

I find it useful to implement the basic idea from android to set the alarm. So I improved the visualization by added some visual component like an icon to differ the representation of "night" or "day" alarm. The color in first image also differ the active an inactive alarm.

In the second image (that have the "look a like" microwave timer setting), I improved the experience by giving a toggle switch to differentiate the night and day alarm. I used 24 hour clock for the design. The design using Bahasa for the text.
