Chat + Scroll

Designing a fairly complex chat UI to go into the game's interface. Too much going on to explain too much, but have been refining the scrollbar today. Scrollbar only appears when you hover over the chat area (hence I thought the offset position to the right was worth it for the extra space for the actual chat text).
