Finally we are starting to post shots of Cloudie to @Dribbble. We are glad to announce Cloudie – a client app for Cloudapp.
The development started last year but because of our jobs we could not finish it. But know we continued to develop Cloudie and we are in the finale stages now!
In the attachment you can see the iOS app icon. I wanted to create it like it was made by apple. But I think I am going to change the app icon after WWDC. I will go with apple's new icon designs for iOS 7.
What do you think? Should I stay with this icon or go with iOS7?
Critique on this app icon is welcome!

Use rounded corners for the inner glow/stroke. Or apply the styles to the group you have everything clipped in if using CS6.
And btw, I'm also facing a similar situation with our app's icon :)
@Mitchell Bernstein Ah, right, thanks! Unfortunately I am still with CS4. It's time to upgrade! :D
We should await WWDC to decide about our app icons! :)
i think clouds look better when they're not symmetrical.
@Luke Zammit Yeah, but the Cloudapp API says that we are not allowed to use their cloud shape and we have to make a cloud shape that's not identically with their cloud. So I chose a symmetrical shape.
@Mitchell Bernstein Looks like we have to redesign our app icons… :D

@Mladen trust me I'm WAY ahead of ya ;) actually.. When pacific helm launched their latest app, I knew with the newly design "flat" icons and the "flat" interface something was coming.. But that's just speculation on my behalf. So I ended up ironing out all put icons. Sad though I really did like them.
I have updated the app icon of my upcoming iPhone app to match with the iOS7 app icons even though I don't like them and I hope that Apple will update in future betas!
What do you think about the flat design of this app icon?
