Working on the lettering. Think it goes well the donkey.

This is awesome. You could make the "sauce" type a little more funky or slightly tilted or something...not that it doesn't look great like it is.
I like this a whole lot. I'm liking the contrast between the two types.
This kicks ass.

This is much better in 2x. Client wanted the "ass of the ass" to line-up between "Good" and "BBQ" which makes total sense, but definitely complicated the design. They also wanted different lettering than my hand-drawn from the original. All in all I think it turned out really nice. Definitely a fun project to work on!

@Steely Awesome mark, man! I really love the whimsical playness of this one! It's so perfect for a BBQ sauce brand. I'm with @Steve Shanabruch on the juxtaposition of funky hand drawn type and typeface (is it a modified DIN?)
Anyway, I see that the client requested changes. It's a shame, because I think this one's a winner. But let's have a look at your other one...

@Jon Stapp | atomicvibe - thanks man - really appreciate it. I definitely prefer the hand drawn type as well - the typeface is modified Spokane. The client seems to be dead set on a more "Western" type which is fine, but I don't think it has the impact or personality of the hand drawn. Oh well.
