I want to live there.
It's lovely and looks like a delicious pie as well.
Oh man, it does look like pie. Pie house… I'd live there.
love this!!
Thanks everyone. Maybe I was hungry when I did this... does it have to be pie? Can it be Pizza???
Sure, deep dish.
Mmmmmm... NY style?
Liking the noise on the roof! Nice Dustin!
Stay tuned to see the entire illustration! (Can i ask you how you've made this noise texture on the roof? Is it textures or brushes?)
Yeah, great!
Hey Dustin, like Romain I'm going to ask how you get thos textures on the roof.
Thanks everyone.
Textures on roof = texture I created. I believe I inked a rough sponge brayer, then ran it across paper. It's good on pie and pizza too. I learn't this technique from Sir Brent Couchman, texture maker extraordinaire.
I love the angles and textures. Reminds me of some of the artwork for Monsters, Inc. and the Incredibles. A bit of a Lou Romano feel.
Thanks Dave. The Incredibles is the best animated movie ever. This was a small component in some illustrations for a tv commercial.
Thanks Dustin for sharing your technique/experience. You are an Incredible™ designer!! ;-)
