    The light grey borders on the white edge and arrows are making this look a bit blurry in the middle. with that darkened or removed, it'd look extra slick. Great job!

    VERY easily read for a lot of data in a little package. Agree with the slightly blurry arrows (maybe match the border to the darkest blue underneath the arrows) and darken the category row text ("Total Enrolled" etc.). Super awesome.

    Nice. One nitpick would be on presentation - the widths of bars in the right column should really be proportional to their values, eg African Americans should take half as wide as Native Americans. This would give not only the men/women ratio at a glance, but also the relative size between the rows.
