In English, an overall term for those type of plants is "Succulent plants" or just "Succulents".
In particular, the species in your illustrations looks like it's from the genus "Echeveria", which has many man-made hybrids. Common names for that genus include "Mexican snow ball", "Mexican gem" & "white Mexican rose". Additionally the common name "hens & chicks" is used for some of the species within Echeveria genus, due to the many offsets they produce. Hope that helps.
