I love the character, but the type needs to be all caps, heavy, and chunky as fuck all to have the same feel. Maybe something from Comicraft: http://www.comicbookfonts.com/SearchResults.asp?Cat=1513
@James Puckett I feel you but at the same time that seems to be the "only way" to display the word yeti textually. personally i think there is something to be said for the word to be in all lower case and smaller in comparison to the mark. it adds contrast, irony and a sense of humor. we also aren't a snowboarding company or anything so i think something more simple would be the way to go. maybe i just need to execute better.
the fonts you linked are pretty badass though, i'll probably end up trying them out anyway!

pushed it a little farther. i kind of like the hard edges more than the softer curves, trying to find a balance in that.
