Helping a buddy out from back east - skinning an existing web app in the works, piping data directly from WMATA, for public transportation options in Washington D.C. Ultimately, the app attempts to minify the difficulty of managing routes via the streets of D.C. (more cities/methods coming later).

Buttermilk! Real nice.
Nice and clean layout. I like the simple color scheme as well.
Great looking, clean Metro UI-sh and yet perfectly usable.
I want it.
So clean! I love it.
Very nice, and even better the presentation, how do you accomplish the 3d effects?
Lovely! What font family is that?

@Alex S. Lakas how'd you achieve that nice thick edge?
@Alex S. Lakas I’d love to see what the screen at the bottom looks like, I love dashboard-ish interfaces. Fantastic work!

Re-designed the oh-so lovable D.C. Metro map that's been laying dorment for decades now. About time someone cleaned it up a bit ;)
Anyways, made the whole thing in Illustrator, saturated the colors a bit, pitched the rounded edges, and hid those nasty labels, for use only when you really need them. Not 100% yet, just prototyping ideas.
Let me know what you think, and feel free to scope the project out in further detail here:
