Status icons for an internal support/ticketing app built in SFDC. To keep it simple some of the icons will cover more than one status. "Assigned" & "In Progress" will share the same icon, and "On Hold" & "Waiting on someone else" will also share the same icon.

Any thoughts or potential improvements?
