Contract Cancellation V2 - Design and Test

At Volders we keep improving our Cancellation Service by mixing insights from past UX Researches with the hypothesis we had to improve our services.

This version was designed with the hypothesis that users felt overwhelmed by seeing all the inputs that they had to go through at the same time. And it was quite a lot. By breaking it all into smaller parts and always showing how far they had come and how long they had to go, we could lessen their sense of overwhelming.

We implemented this version and then tested it with the current belt-holder: the one that shows all the inputs at the same time, in the context of a real letter.
