@Andrew Korytsev @Roy Barber @Keyuri Bosmia animated them in After Effects. With PSD or AI (I prefer AI) you can import files as compositions and retain editable layers. Once you have that you can move around and such. Basically all I did was offset mask expansions, anchor points and animated them. I also added expressions to either help smooth the animation or add some software animation. I had learned how to do animated gifs a while back with AE and photoshop but the process is long then I discovered this post by GSG and he has a Photoshop action that does it all for you! http://greyscalegorilla.com/blog/tutorials/basics-of-seamless-looping-animation-part-1/ hope this helps/answers your questions :D
