Here’s the design concept for Protickets, a two-way application for creating and managing events & buying tickets. This platform presents an online marketplace, which consists of two parts: the client-side (event registration) and the service provider side (event management). All interaction takes place directly within the system, while thoughtful UI/UX stimulates user engagement and customer satisfaction.
