New AppStore Category Concept – Tweaks and Extensions

I have long been tormented by the idea - why not add a new category to the AppStore with system extensions and tweaks?
Better than the jailbreak because tested and reviewed by Apple - more stability and security for the people who would be freed from having to make jailbreak, developers would have new opportunities, Apple would get new influx of loyalty and users.
While this is a painless way for the current audience - if you are missing an opportunity then just install the new tweaks from AppStore and be happy. If you are satisfied - nobody does impose to get something new.
Here's a quick idea and concept, what do you say?
