Clinical Dashboard - Patient Record
It's Friday so thought I'd share some more work from the responsive Clinical Dashboard project we're working on. This time it's a shot of the patient record, which is currently work in progress. Here you can see the tablet view, on wider screens panels would tile from left to right as well as vertically.
Visible, there's general patient details, weight, height, BMI etc, a tabbed section with allergies, medications and conditions and then a timeline showing the patient's history. This would include procedures, consultations, immunisations, lab tests and so on. Out of view and further down the page, there will be a series of charts, graphs and tables covering a series parameters, much like the ones already developed on our PHR.
