My sincerest condolences.
Tattoo looks awesome.
Utterly beautiful dude, condolences, an incredible tribute.
Sorry to here that bud but, I'm sure your dad would of loved it. Incredible work keep it up!
Sorry to hear that. The tattoo is incredibly rad.
Wicked cool ink! Doing him proud.
Wow everyone I didn't expect such kind words. Last thing on my mind actually was that I was bringing any solemn feelings, hopefully thats not the case. I'm just lucky I've had all that I did and continue to. Thanks for all the comments <3
Great process & story behind all the elements. Looks really nice!
The guy that placed the tattoo must be pretty good if he managed to draw the lines so straight. Hats off and a great tattoo! :)
That rocks dude
Thanks again everyone, front page last night and this morning. That's a first for me yay! Way to make this tattoo just a little tad more special.
@Joram Oudenaarde It was Gonzo from Pino Bros Ink in Cambridge. He is very good with black lines, that's why I chose him! He was so calm and collected, confident but kind. Definitely will go back to him when I continue this tattoo above into the universe :)
@Kirk Wallace Oh cool, thanks! I've been in Boston a couple of times (my girlfriend was studying at Art Institute Boston), but there's a chance we'll visit that city again sometime soon… hopefully at a time that Gonzo is (still) working at Pino Bros Ink! :)
Love it! I never saw one tatoo like this :)
This is the best thing I ever seen tattooed on a man.

@Aleksandar Grkinic Wow thank you. Looks like expanding on this really would be a good idea in this style. Of course thats ultimately up to how much i like it, but its nice to know im not crazy! I want to expand above with space n stuff, lots of dots for stars.
Not crazy at all. You made me want a tattoo just like this. What's your rate again? ;)
Truly inspiring work. Makes me start planning my next tattoo ;)
This is really awesome, and I'm really honored to have been on your inspiration board.
@John H Ratajczak Yes dude! thanks for helping me push it. Really liked your chess pieces too for it :)
@Aleksandar Grkinic Hah dude you'd be surprised how many people from around the world started asking me to do tattoos! I tell them all i can do is this style haha. I'd be rubbish at a traditional style :p
Inspiring work indeed - well thought out and executed. What an amazing tribute!
@Kirk Wallace that looks incredible. Great story behind it too.
