   I really like this. The only thing I don't like is that I read the "IT" as it and not as EYE TEA, and the grammar bothers me.

   Darren this mark really looks great! Too bad the company's name isn't also in your realm to change - the IT part is a little awkward. Given the challenge I think you have handled it great!

   Loving this, however the black feels too dark for a "green" logo.

   @Rogie agreed - it is actually meant to be navy but I tweaked levels ad-hoc to account for proofing colors for snapshot - the result was a little too dark...
