This is the nav I'm working on for a new personal project. Debating if I want to design them as buttons or leave the text treatment w/icons.

Nice man, looks good... I like the text treatment. Maybe when the person hovers you can animate the color to be slightly whiter.

Think that the hover would be better in white, and the current state in that light blue?
