Alright, let's try this again but keep in mind it's still a heavy work in progress. Full-view with some real pixels with rough layouts attached.
As usual , feed back / comments are very much appreciated!

Love your crisp text, pleasure for my eyes!
United +1! <3
Nice work :)
Interesting style, curious to see where this is going!
I spot an error on the scoresheet.
Now I feel like the bottom bar doesn't have enough contrast from the rest of the app. May be a good thing though.
Love that active state. DAMN.
much better. If I were to change anything it be the bottom icons. not a fan of the first two. Good job!
I think the tab bar is much better like this.
dude. the center row of icons is awesome.
I dig the bottom bar :) Far less dominant and sits quite well with the dark screen. Good job man! Can't wait to see more of this app.
It's not a soccer! It's a FOOTBALL! Cuz in the app it's England Premier League so it's football. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Premier_League
Yeah, and APP is great!
Just some comments:
You're playing with depth on the carousel on the main screen. But the menu slides the entire view and doesn't cast a shadow.
The back triangle feels too small to tap. You'd have to make it tappable anyway so might as well add some width (probably just make it an arrow) to prevent people from uncomfortably trying to tap the very corner of their devices.
Why are the sport types repeated in the menu?
Adding dividers in the menu screen will help the user map out the actionable area. They will see it as an action. They might interpret the current design to have the mental model of a hyperlink. One is more an interface object, the other is understood as a series of articles.
What's the bet that all those goals were scored in stoppage time?
Go Man U!
Glory glory Man United!
