Here is another UI design for a sports app we are putting together which consists of over 100 different screens. Hopefully we are off to a good start.
Here is how this home screen works: (Starting from the top)
You can swipe from side to side to see the most recent highlights which are revealed using some sort of cool and quick unfolding animation (working on it)
Swipe from side to side and tap to switch category. Once you tap, screen refreshes , layout remains the same, content changes.
On this screen you are looking at the most recent soccer news, you can swipe from side to side to see different news feeds / modules such as scores, stories, etc.. and yea this would all change if you tap on a different sports category.
That's it for now.. let me know what you think!

nice color cool～～～
I love the glow button... Nice Colors.
Awesome this is what ui should look like! So clean and soft. I love it, great job!
as always your graphics are out of this world, but i don't know if i like the ui.
from what we see now, many important items are hidden and hard to get to. catagories, headlines, if i understood correctly they all need different swipes to reveal.. to me it seems a bit complicated for the regular user
Really nice work. The only element that's clashing for me is the red tab bar. Draws a little too much attention. But man, this is beautiful!
tht football pic is legendary! the tabs yes are bit too much on attention.. agree with @Zane David Awesome work as always
@Barry Mccalvey Nice word!
Normally try to leave some kind of feedback but all I can think of for this is flawless love every aspect of this design.
This is awesome! Really nice choice of colours :)
The design looks great! The only thing that doesn't look right is the tab bar at the bottom. Maybe it needs a little more love
Love the glow on that icon :)
Great dark UI - soccer pic is pretty awesome too.
The tab bar is not of my liking, its bold but does not work for me.
Fan of everything but the scoreline. ;) #LFC
Nice work man! Agree with @Zane David though, the red bar is pretty strong; client driven?
It.. was a good idea for you to take this over ;)
