Comic colour experimenting III

I want to be a comic artist, but the designer in me is telling me to look at different ways to colour a comic, instead of mimicking other people's.

I don't know if this is a good or a bad thing, but here's my latest experiment attached. What do you think?

Inks: Hand drawn, then tidied up on Cintiq/Photoshop
Colours: Photoshop
Backgrounds: Photographs, filtered out in Photoshop

= mixed media kinda look

The comic is set in London, which is a mix of cultures anyway, so I hope this comic will emanate that?
