The S looks like an L for me, but I love how hand drawn and original it looks.

My complaint is that "typographic logo in a circle" is really trendy right now. Trendy + logo = not a timeless brand but one that needs updating with each redesign lest it look dated.

If they carried a women's size 12, I'd shop there.

Though I love the illustrations, as usual, I think your idea (very cool!) could be conveyed a little clearer. Would it be silly to suggest an old school, real-world comic contrasted with the screen layout, and this maybe even on an iPad so you could really see the two different types of interactivity?

@Eric Meyer It's going up next week on UX Booth, Part 1 on Tuesday, Part 2 on Thursday. I hope you enjoy it!
@Melissa Brunet Yes, it's a bit small to understand 100%. Hmm, I'll hit the drawing board again this weekend.

FIrst: That sounds like my kind of article. Where when can I read it? Can't wait!
Second: I don't immediately get 'comics technique' from it - both frames say UX to me - but that's the side of the equation I know better. I do get ideas of process, and page-to-screen.

This is the title card for the first in a two-part series I wrote on Comics and UX. This is its final size, although it still needs coloring. It will sit next to the article's link and blurb in archives.
Does this say "comics techniques you can use in your wireframes"?

New Logo

What fonts are these? I like them!
As for the comment left by @Zach Inglis ... Check out my sites, RacheltheGreat.com and RachelNabors.com. The illustration takes prominence, front and center. But the logo relies heavily on typography so it doesn't overwhelm the images on the page. You want people looking at your work, not your logo. But make sure the logo is in the style of your work :)

I'm probably going to strike a halfway point between those two, because while the middle pic is more realistic, this about page is structured like a fact sheet in the front of a manga.
