A couple of icons I played around with during our Lab Days on Mynewsdesk (for Poptype).
It's the first time I make larger icons (64x64px) that works well when scaled down (16x16px).

The Poptype team needed a way to see all the stories posted by our users. We decided to build a simple Hackernews/Designersnews type of page where we have can read the story and visit their brands page.
